  • What is the Creating Shade Window Treatments warranty?
    WARRANTY 1. WARRANTIES FOR EACH PARTICULAR PRODUCT ARE SET FORTH IN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE. SUCH WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. 2. CREATING SHADE WINDOW TREATMENTS will provide the first year of repair and maintenance service at not charge to customer, (____________________) for product (___________________) Installed on, _____________. Initials _________ as long as the product meets all of the manufacturer warranty terms. 3. ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the custom nature of this order, all sales are final and may not be cancelled for any reason. There will be no partial or full refunds given for the delay or inconvenience caused by events outside of Creating Shade’s control and for any appropriate refunds, the amount shall be solely subject to the discretion of Creating Shade. 4. WARRANTY PICK UP AND DELIVERY. If the manufacturer's warranty does not cover the cost of re- installation and delivery, the cost shall be paid by the customer. 5. WINDOW TREATMENT GAPS. Customer acknowledges that for all window treatments that are inside mounted, there will be gaps based on the manufacturer's standards over which the salesperson has no control and for which the warranty does not apply. 6. DYE LOTS AND CUSTOMER OWNED MATERIAL ('COM'). Creating Shade is not responsible for differences in color dye lots between samples displayed and the color of the product. Cuttings or samples of the actual material and color to be used for the product(s) will be furnished at the customer's request. Creating Shade specifically disclaims any responsibility for any COM materials incorporated into Creating Shade's order. 7. Digital images displayed may in some case vary from the actual products. 8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS. Any changes, modifications or adjustments requested by the customer at the time of installation or after installation shall be subject to additional charges for material, labor and subsequent reinstallation. 9. INSTALLATION SCHEDULING. The installation time for all items purchased pursuant to this Contract shall be normal business hours Monday through Friday. If Customer requests any other installation time, the time slots may be limited, and there may be an additional charge. 10. PARTIAL DELIVERIES. The customer acknowledges and agrees that there may be delays not contemplated which may cause one or more items in the order not to be delivered on time. Customer agrees that the non- delivery of one or more items when the balance of the items are delivered is not a basis for cancellation of this Contract; further, the parties agree that the Customer must pay for those items delivered and can pay for the other late items when they are delivered. 11. PAST DUE PAYMENTS. If Customer fails to pay as agreed, default interest may be assessed at the maximum rate permitted by law and the Customer shall be responsible for all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.   • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
